     Reagan Meat's Profile

My Name is Jack (Reagan) Barnhisel and I own Reagan Meat.

I Belong to the Meat Cutters Union and have been a Member for over 20 Years I Believe that MY product is Second to none. I use only the best meat, Prime, 21 Day Aged Beef. I am very fussy about the meat I sell. So I go to the market myself, 4 times a week. I go and pick up my own produce which I sell and use in my prepared meals. Poultry no problem, I pick that up  when I get the Beef, Pork, Lamb, and Veal. If I don't have it that week, it's because I didn't want to lower my standards, that were established in 1946, to sell Product that is not up to the Highest Quality. I will not carry any product in my market that will in any way reduce my customers confidence in my expertise.

I've had customers' pass through my doors. I've named ready to cook roast's after them. There was people like Jack Hill who came in and bought my Top Sirloin Roast so many times I named it after him in his honor. There was Harvey Mason and Mrs. Cohen too! That's how I started this Business with my regular customers and they would tell others about My market. These people would come to my Market and ask for the Roast they had at "Uncle Harvey's House" or the "Cohen's House" I had a customer try to explain the meat he ate at Jack Hill's house one time for 30 minutes before I remembered I sold him my Top Sirloin Roast the day before. I named the roasts after these people in their honor, and to preserve the history of this market. 


Contact Information

This Market can be reached from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday and 8:30am to 4pm on Saturdays. I am closed on Sundays and Holidays. I can ship our meals to your door step in 24 hours. I am the creator of the gourmet styles of meat preparedness used here at Reagan Meat's. My secret is a family secret and can not be duplicated in any form.
